Refunds
Because of the nature of a PDF pattern we will not refund your purchase if our records show you have downloaded the PDF sent to the email address you entered at checkout.  If you send us a refund request on a PDF pattern and it shows you have not downloaded the pattern, we will cancel the order, turn off the PDF download, and will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fabricpatternsew@gmail.com.
